A graduate in industrial design from the Elislava Design College in Barcelona, the designer Mario Ruiz developed his first projects within the field of technology and office furniture design. In 2003, his career began to branch off into a number of different fields, including lighting.
His multidisciplinary experience has earned him the trust and confidence of leading brands in each sector, including Siemens, Molteni, Gandía Blasco and B.lux, for which he developed the Frame, 3G and Wall lamps. He has also won over 30 prestigious design awards in Europe and the US, including several Red Dot Awards, IF, Design Plus and several ADI-FAD Silver Delta awards.
